“I have been playing professional cricket for Hampshire since I left King Edward’s. Attending KES allowed me to pursue my sporting dream, whilst supporting my academic studies and fostering a love of learning. For that I will always be grateful. Without the support from my teachers at school, I would not be where I am today in terms of my career, and I still maintain an eagerness to continue my studies alongside my sport.
I believe that King Edward’s produces kind, honest and well-rounded individuals who leave the school with a good moral compass and able to thrive in whatever career or life path they choose. I am still involved with the school in a coaching capacity and am always struck by the manners and kindness of pupils and staff. To this day my best friends are still my KES mates and will be for life.”
