King Edward’s prides itself on the excellent examination results achieved by its pupils.  They are the result of hard work on the part of the pupils, quality teaching, advice, access to resources, and strong pastoral support throughout.

2026 Result Headlines

A Level 

53.3% of grades were A*A grades at A Level and 95.8% of the King Edward's students achieved A*-C grades.

51.5% of grades were A*A grades at A Level and 96% of the King Edward's students achieved A*-C grades. 

GCSE

73% of grades were at 9-7 (A*- A). 88% of grades were at 9-6 (A* - B) and 98% of grades were at 9-4 (A*- C).
