Bank School Nurse
£20.78 per hour
King Edward VI, is a thriving co-educational 11-18 day school and we are looking to recruit a qualified bank nurse to provide medical care at the school. You must be an excellent communicator, effective at building relationships and have a warm, approachable, and calm manner.
As a member of our small team of bank nurses you would provide cover for our current nursing team as and when required.
You will provide to our school community a clinically effective, high-quality service of nursing care, including First Aid, welfare and health information. Two years minimum qualified experience is essential; experience of working with children and families in a community setting and experience of A&E/minor injuries is desirable.

Exams Invigilator

Exams Invigilator
Bank Contract – hours as required by the school during exam periods.
Pay £14.12 per hour
King Edward VI School is looking to appoint individuals with the qualities and skills necessary to undertake the role of Exams Invigilator.
These individuals will work as a team of invigilators supervising pupils undertaking school and external examinations in accordance with the legal and school requirements.
The position would be ideally suited to responsible and committed individuals who are confident working with teenagers and used to dealing with people and confidential information with sensitivity.
Experience of working in an education environment would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Full training will be provided.
