KES Students Celebrate Outstanding 2025 A Level Success

14 August 2025

King Edward’s students are celebrating a year of impressive A Level results today. This year, 96% of students achieved grades A*-C, a rise on last year’s performance and 50% of pupils secured three or more A* or A grades, a testament to their commitment and determination.

Reflecting on the results, Head Neal Parker said: "I am immensely proud of what our students have achieved. These grades represent years of consistent effort, supported by the encouragement and guidance of our staff and families. Every result tells a story of hard work, resilience, and ambition. Today is about recognising those journeys as much as the outcomes."

Amongst the many success stories is Federica, who achieved 3 A*s and 2 As and will be heading to King’s College London to study Economics. Federica said: “It’s so nice to come back to school and see everyone receiving their results after so much hard work. I’m so relieved to get my results and looking forward to university.”

Other notable destinations include Olivia, who will be studying Medicine at the University of Exeter; Joe, who is heading to the University of Nottingham to study Accountancy; Tom, who will study Economics and Business at the University of East Anglia; and Avantika, who will join Queen Mary University of London to study Medicine.

From future medics and engineers to artists and entrepreneurs, the Class of 2025 has much to look forward to.

KES congratulates every student on their success and wishes them the very best as they take the next step in their journeys.
