King Edward VI School is delighted to announce a fantastic set of GCSE results this year, reflecting the dedication and talent of our pupils and the commitment of our staff.

This year, 73% of grades were at 9-7 (A*-A), highlighting the excellence of our academic programs and the hard work of everyone involved. Additionally, 88% of grades were at 9-6 (A*-B), and 97.9% were at 9-4 (A*-C).

We are particularly proud of the 42 pupils (27%) who achieved 10 or more 9-7 (A*-A) grades, showcasing exceptional achievement and dedication.

Amongst the many success stories was Sesika, who said, "It’s so nice to be back together at KES, especially on such a sunny day, collecting our results. I’m really happy with my grades and proud of what I’ve achieved.”

Neal Parker, Head, said: "We are extremely proud of our pupils’ accomplishments this year. These results reflect their hard work, resilience, and ambition, alongside the unwavering support of our teaching staff. The improvements across all areas confirm the effectiveness of the positive learning environment we foster here at KES."

KES congratulates all pupils on their hard work and success, and is excited to see what they will accomplish next.
